How do I use my delivery pass?

To use your delivery pass, place an order on the app at participating businesses. Make sure you reach minimum spend (excluding fees like service charge) and the delivery fee will be on us!

You can place as many of these orders as you like while your pass is active. Find the expiry date of your pass at checkout. We hope you enjoy using it.

If you’re having trouble using your delivery pass, make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. You can check by visiting the Menulog app page on your App Store or Google Play Store. If you’re using an old version, you’ll see a prompt to Update your app.

If your app is up to date, double-check you’re logged into the account associated with your pass. Please note that the pass can’t be used with other vouchers or for cash orders. If your order already qualifies for free delivery, the pass won’t be applied.
