How do I check the latest status for my order?

For the most up-to-date order information, head to the order confirmation screen on the app or website. 

If the order’s expected delivery time has passed, it’s best to check for updates on the order confirmation screen. The status here will change as soon as there’s any progress with your order.

If your order is ‘Delivered by Menulog’ (this is listed on the search page for each restaurant) the screen will also show you a map when the order is on its way, so you can track your order live.
