There could be a few reasons you are unable to place an order from a particular restaurant. We recommend:
- Checking that the item you want is still available on the restaurant’s menu - sometimes restaurants can run out of stock, which means that they may take a particular dish off the menu
- Checking that the restaurant is still open - things can happen in a busy restaurant, which may see the restaurant having to close for online (or all) orders for a period of time. You can always call the restaurant to check or filter your search by cuisine to find another great option in your area
- Checking that the restaurant can deliver to your area - the best way to do this is to always type in your delivery address on the main page of the App or website. This will show all available restaurants that can deliver to your address. If you would prefer to collect your order, you may have a broader range of restaurants available to you
- Checking your VPN (if you have one) - sometimes this can disrupt the way Menulog works as it is an Australian/New Zealand website
