How do I spend my voucher or account credit?

It depends on what you've got.

Your account credit will automatically apply at checkout but you have the option to defer the credit and save it for another time. You can use your account credit whenever you like as it doesn't expire. If your account credit doesn't cover the full amount of your order, no worries. You can always use another payment method (except cash and vouchers) to make up the difference. Any leftover credit will stay in your account, ready for your next order. You can check your credit balance by logging into your account and selecting 'account credit via your profile.

 

If it's an account credit code:

1. Head to the Menulog website or app

2. Log in to your account

3. Go to your profile and select Account credit

4. Enter the code and select Apply

Your credit will update instantly.

 

If it's a voucher, start placing your order as usual. When you get to the payment screen, select I have a voucher, enter the code and press Apply.

Please be sure to read the Voucher Terms and conditions to see if there are any requirements relating to minimum spend or payment methods, as well as to check the voucher validity.

Tip: If you change payment methods, you may need to re-enter the voucher code before submitting your payment. If a voucher is not applied at the time of placing the order, we will not be able to apply it after the order is placed.
