How do I check for the latest status of my order?
For the most up to date information about your order review the order confirmation screen on the App or Website - to do this simply click on the ‘orders’ page from the main page and select your order.
If the ETA of the order has passed, this order confirmation screen is the best place to check for any updates to your order - as soon as there is progress on your order, the order confirmation screen will be updated.
If your order is ‘Delivered by Menulog’ (this is listed on the search page for each restaurant; either ‘Delivered by Menulog’ or ‘Delivered by Restaurant), as soon as your order is on its way, this screen will also show you a map where you can track your order live.
Why is my order late in the first place?
We strive to help provide you with the greatest choice of delicious meals delivered quickly to your door. There may be times where restaurants are very busy or there are a lot of orders for our couriers. Typically from external factors such as traffic, road works, and weather conditions. It could even be that the restaurant is taking a little more time to prepare the food, just to make sure it's perfect for you!
I need to speak to someone about my order being late
If your order has been marked as delivered, and you haven’t received it, please double check if it’s supposed to be ‘Delivered by Menulog’ or ‘Delivered by restaurant’ (you can check this in your order confirmation and it’s listed on the search page for each restaurant).
If your order is marked as ‘Delivered by restaurant’, simply click ‘Call the restaurant’ on the order confirmation screen. This will connect you with the restaurant directly, who should be able to help you. .
