For orders that are ‘Delivered by restaurant’
If your order is from a restaurant that is ‘Delivered by restaurant’, we currently don’t have a tracking feature which shows the location of the courier. This is because it is being delivered directly by the restaurant partner. Please check the order confirmation screen for up to date status updates. If you prefer, please contact the restaurant directly on the phone number provided on the order confirmation page. They will be able to tell you where the status of your order is currently at.
For orders that are ‘Delivered by Menulog’
Most of our orders are delivered on time. Always check the Order Confirmation section of the app to see the latest status of your order - rest assured it is the most up to date information we have about your order.
You will see on the Order Confirmation page the current status of your order, and if the courier is already at the restaurant and ready to head to your delivery address, you will see the map update with the approximate location of the courier.
