For orders that are ‘Delivered by restaurant’
If your order is showing as ‘Delivered by restaurant’, there is no tracking feature available. This is because the Restaurant Partner is delivering it directly to your delivery address.
To find out the status of your order, you can check the order confirmation screen. Or, you can always call the restaurant directly to ask them for an order update. You’ll find their phone number on the confirmation page of your order.
For orders that are ‘Delivered by Menulog’
For the most up-to-date information on your order, just head to the order confirmation section of the app, where you can see the latest status.
Your map will update with an approximate location of the courier once they’ve picked up your order from the restaurant.
