This isn't what I ordered!

If something in your order isn’t right on arrival (for example, you’ve received the wrong order or there’s an incorrect item), please double-check the order details in your confirmation email. You can then call the restaurant if the order is incorrect.

If the restaurant is unable to redeliver the incorrect items, please get in touch by selecting the contact us button below (this is only visible when logged in to your account) and telling us what has happened. Please include details of the items that were missing and the items you received.

Our team will then contact the restaurant to try and resolve this for you. However, please bear in mind that we will be unable to organise a re-delivery of the requested order items.

To help the restaurant improve, you also have the option to leave them a review. 

If you’re using the Menulog app:

  1. Open the app and make sure you’re logged in
  2. Tap on the menu button in the top-left corner of the home screen and select 'Your Orders' (Android), or go to the bottom of the home screen and select 'Orders' (iPhone)
  3. Choose the order you’d like to review
  4. Tap 'Review your order' to get started and submit your review

 

On the Menulog website:

  1. Make sure you’re logged in to your account
  2. Select your name in the top-right corner of the homepage
  3. Go to 'Orders' and select the order that you’d like to review
  4. Create your review on the order details page that opens and click 'Submit'
