How do unsubscribe from marketing communication?

Marketing communication keeps customers in the loop with special offers, discounts and more to help improve your experience with the Menulog App and website. 

If you no longer wish to receive special offers, you can unsubscribe by following the steps below: 

For Desktop Web: 

  1. Open an internet browser of your choosing on your computer and navigate to the Menulog website.
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen you can:
  3. Click on ‘Contact Preferences’
  4. Adjust as required and save

For Mobile Web: Open an internet browser of your choosing on your mobile device.

  1. Navigate to the Menulog website and login to your account. 
  2. Click on the three lines on the top left of the page
  3. Click on ‘Contact Preferences’
  4. Adjust as required and click ‘Save’

For iOS or Android App: Unfortunately you can’t unsubscribe via the iOS or Android app at this stage. Please use Mobile Web or Desktop.
