What is a contact-free pickup?

Amid the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we want to remind all customers that contact-free collection and delivery is now implemented for all orders, to help ensure the health and safety of the entire Menulog community. 

With more people now collecting meals from Partners for takeaway, it is very important to maintain a safe distance from both Partner staff, couriers and delivery drivers and other people when you select the ‘pick up’ option. To do this, we recommend you:

  1. Alert the Partner to your arrival. The Partner could be closed for dine-in or the doors are shut, so make sure you are visible to staff
  2. Step back a safe distance from staff and wait for them to place the food on the counter or a table
  3. Step forward to collect your order

If there are several people waiting, please remember to keep the Australian Government recommended distance apart. If needed, stand back and call the Partner to alert them of your arrival.
