In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), all deliveries on the Menulog Network are Contact-free by default, in order to adhere to Australian Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations on social distancing to help prevent the spread of illness.
You can help this process by:
- When ordering food for delivery, please make sure you maintain at least 1.5m from your door when a delivery person arrives. Your delivery should be placed at the door or noted location by the food courier, following which, they will step back for you to collect your meal
- When collecting an order from a restaurant or cafe, please ensure you maintain social distance by alerting the Partner upon arrival and waiting in a safe space outside the door - you cannot enter a Partner at this time. The Partner should have a set up outside in order to place your food, before stepping back for you to collect. Please also ensure you are familiar with the requirements for face masks in your area by checking the Government website.
