What is Menulog’s response to Coronavirus/Covid-19?

The health and safety of our entire network is Menulog’s top priority. 

Contact-free collections and deliveries

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), all deliveries on the Menulog Network are Contact-free by default,  in order to adhere to Australian Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations on social distancing to help prevent the spread of illness. 

Guidance from leading health authorities

Menulog has provided additional guidance to restaurant partners and couriers from leading health organisations to ensure they have access to the most up-to-date information available. 

Keeping food safe with delivery gear

All food couriers are required to deliver all orders in a commercial grade thermal food bag and receive regular communication regarding good hygiene safe delivery practices.

Customers can feel confident to continue to order from local restaurants as they usually would and know that we are taking food safety and health very seriously and will continue to closely monitor the situation.
