How do I manage my account and details with Menulog?

Managing and updating your details can be done by simply logging into your account. The best way to do this is via the Menulog website on a desktop computer as some options when it comes to managing your details can be limited when using the Menulog App. 

 

For Desktop Web: 

Go to the Menulog website via an internet browser on your computer. By clicking your name at the top-right corner of the screen you can:

  • Update your account information
  • See past orders
  • Remove your credit or debit cards (to add a new card simply enter the details at the check out on your next order) 
  • Remove or edit your delivery addresses
  • Update your marketing permissions

 

For Mobile Web: 

Internet browser of your choosing on your mobile device or tablet.

  1. Navigate to the Menulog website and login to your account. 
  2. Click on the three lines on the top left of the page and you can:
    • Update your account information
    • See past orders
    • Remove your delivery addresses
    • Update your marketing permissions

Please note:  You will not be able to remove saved credit or debit cards via mobile web, this must be done on a Desktop.

 

For Android App: 

  • Click on the three lines on the top left of the page and click settings you can:
    • Update your contact information
    • Change your password

 

For iOS App:

  1. Click ‘Settings’ in the bottom right corner. 
  2. Click ‘Account Info’ to:
    • Change your password
