Customer - Group ordering

Group ordering allows multiple users to collaborate on placing a single order through the JET app and website. One user initiates the order and invites others to join and make their selections.

When processing group ordering claims, follow the BAU process, as it hasn't changed.

  • I have an issue with my group order
    If you have any issues with your order, the group initiator can contact customer support for assistance. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • How do I invite others to join my group order?
    After initiating a group order, you can invite others by sharing a unique link. You can send this link via messaging apps, email, or any other preferred communication method.

  • How do I pay for group order?
    The initiator of the group order will pay the total sum for the whole order, charged at checkout.

  • Can I make changes to my order after joining a group order?
    Yes, you can make changes to your order as long as the items are not submitted, once the items are submitted you can't make any changes. This includes adding or removing items, changing quantities, or modifying preferences.

  • Can I track the status of a group order?
    Yes, the group initiator can track the status of a group order through the app and website. This includes monitoring when orders are placed, when they're being prepared, and when they're ready for pickup or delivery.
