We’re passionate about delivering you the meals you want, when you want them, so if something is not as expected, please double check your order confirmation email and call the restaurant if the order is incorrect. If for some reason the restaurant is unable to provide the missing items, please get in touch via one of the methods below. Please have the following information available:
- Order ID (this can be found on the order confirmation page or on the email that we have sent to you)
- Details of what you received.
Our team will then liaise with the restaurant partner to assist you further however please note, we will be unable to organise a re-delivery of the requested order items.
You can also leave a review for the restaurant.
Please try and be constructive – we discuss reviews (good and bad) with restaurants and it helps them improve their service. It also helps other people using Menulog decide where to order from.
