What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, double-check your order confirmation email to make sure the items were in your bag at checkout. If they were, and your order details say 'delivered by restaurant', please contact the restaurant directly to see if they can redeliver the missing items.

If the restaurant doesn't agree to provide the missing items, you can let us know, and we’ll be happy to work with them to resolve this for you. Just bear in mind that we won’t be able to organise the redelivery of any missing items in this case.

If your order details say 'delivered by Menulog', please reach out to us directly by selecting the contact us button below, (only visible when logged in to your account) and include the following information so we can look into this in a little more detail for you:

  • Details of what you received
  • Details of what was missing

To help them improve, you also have the option to leave a constructive review of the restaurant. If you’re using the Menulog app, all you need to do is:

  1. Open the app and make sure you’re logged in
  2. Tap on the menu button in the top-left corner of the home screen and select 'Your Orders' (Android), or go to the bottom of the home screen and select 'Orders' (iPhone)
  3. Choose the order you’d like to review
  4. Tap 'Review your order' to get started and submit your review

 

On the Menulog website:

  1. Make sure you’re logged in to your account
  2. Select your name in the top-right corner of the homepage
  3. Go to 'Orders' and select the order that you’d like to review
  4. Create your review on the order details page that opens and click 'Submit'
