We understand that sometimes plans change and cancelling the order is your only option. Please bear in mind that there might be a charge for cancelling your order, depending on why and when you cancel. This is because the restaurant may have already started preparing your order, or your order might even be on the way and we need to ensure that the restaurant and or food couriers are fairly compensated.
You can cancel your order from the app or by logging into your account on the website.
